Individual Therapy
You may be feeling emotionally exhausted, mentally overloaded, or unable to truly rest — even when you finally have a moment to yourself. Perhaps you’ve become the person everyone relies on: managing caregiving responsibilities, family decisions, work demands, and the emotional weight that comes with holding it all together. In therapy, I help you slow down and better understand the stress, guilt, grief, resentment, and overwhelm you may be carrying. Together, we work through caregiving challenges, family dynamics, life transitions, loss, and difficult decisions so you can move forward with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-trust. You do not have to navigate these seasons alone. Therapy offers a supportive space to feel understood, grounded, and cared for while managing the complexities of life, caregiving, and change. Therapy services are currently only offered via telehealth through Headway.
Care Planning
Care Planning provides guidance and support during times when medical, emotional, and practical decisions can feel overwhelming. Whether you are navigating a new diagnosis, supporting aging parents, coordinating care at home, or trying to understand the healthcare system, this service helps bring clarity, structure, and direction to uncertain situations. Together, we look at both immediate concerns and long-term needs — helping you to organize care, clarify priorities, anticipate challenges, and make informed decisions. This may include navigating a hospitalization, exploring support options, planning for future care needs, and facilitating important family conversations. A thoughtful care plan can reduce stress, ease confusion, and help families feel more grounded during difficult transitions, offering a clearer roadmap and ongoing guidance as needs evolve.
